More information: Released in October 1982, Roger Hodgson’s final album with Supertramp, Famous Last Words, was supported with a four-month tour that took in Europe, the UK, the US and Canada throughout the summer of 1983. The tour featured the group’s classic line-up, Famous Last Tour was Supertramp’s largest ever worldwide jaunt, with Hodgson and co playing to a total of 1.5 million people.
Recorded for FM radio broadcast at CNE Grandstand, Toronto, Canada, on 24 August, 'It's Raining in Toronto' sees the band kick up a storm with a set-list full of classic singles ('Give A Little Bit', 'The Logical Song', etc) and 'Famous Last Words' highlights, 'Crazy' and 'Put On Your Old Brown Shoes', with fan-favourites such as 'Crime Of The Century' and 'Bloody Well Right' thrown in for good measure.
