More information: Distant Satellites is the highly anticipated follow up to Anathema's critically acclaimed 2012's Weather Systems and last year's concert film Universal directed by Lasse Hoile. Recorded at Cederberg Studios in Oslo with favoured producer Christer-André Cederberg, with additional mixing by Steven Wilson, Anathema also brought in the legendary services of Dave Stewart (Porcupine Tree, Steven Wilson) to create the new album's extraordinary orchestral arrangements.
Distant Satellites will be instantly recognisable to Anathema fans but includes a few strides into uncharted territory, not least the electronica-driven surge of the album's title track.
