More information: Among the most celebrated Canadian bands ever, Rush remain the epitome of musicianship, professionalism and dedication, having composed complex yet accessible rock anthems throughout their lengthy career to date, which never fail to delight their enormous fanbase.

A quite extraordinary live act too, this 4 CD box set brings together some of the best FM broadcast recordings made at shows Rush performed during the pinnacle of their career in the 1970s.

The first disc in the set was recorded during the band’s first US tour in 1974 at the legendary Agora ballroom in Cleveland, Ohio. A year on, in April 1975, Rush were back at the Agora as part of that year’s tour, and Disc Two of this set features their full set from this concert. Disc Three continues in similar vein, with the group’s event at The Electric Ladyland Studios in late ’74, played in front of an invited audience, while bonus cuts on CD 3 come from the guys performance on Don Kirshner’s ‘Rock Concert’ program from the same year. This box set concludes on Disc Four with an astonishing gig they gave at New Jersey’s Capital Theatre during December 1976, while touring in support of their incredible 2112 album, released earlier that year.
